Ingredients

  • 4 #20 Potato Cups
  • 2oz leaf lettuce
  • 2oz sliced beefsteak tomato
  • 1oz sliced red onion
  • 2oz cooked bacon rasher
  • 1oz ketchup and spicy mustard
  • 2 beef burger patties at 2oz each

Directions

Fry the Potato Cups golden brown. Grill the beef patties and top with ketchup and mustard. Place the lettuce, tomato, and onion into one potato cup then place the burger on top followed by the bacon. Close the slider with another Potato Cup, and repeat for both sliders.
