• 2 #38 200 count potato skins
  • 2oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2oz broccoli florets (blanched)
  • 2oz cooked chopped bacon
  • 2oz shaved parmesan


Fry the potato skins golden brown. Mix the broccoli with the Alfredo sauce and fill the skins, top with shaved parmesan and chopped bacon. Bake at 375-400°F for 1-2minutes until the cheese has melted.
