Three Cheese and Bacon Potato Skins
- 2 #38 200 count potato skins
- 1oz smoked Gouda cheese shredded
- 1oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1oz Havarti cheese shredded
- 2oz cooked chopped bacon
Fry the potato skins golden brown. Mix all the shredded cheese together, fill each skin then top with bacon. Bake the skins at 375-400f for 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted.
