Bacon Broccoli Alfredo Potato Skins
Ingredients
- 2 #38 200 count potato skins
- 2oz Alfredo sauce
- 2oz broccoli florets (blanched)
- 2oz cooked chopped bacon
- 2oz shaved parmesan
Directions
Fry the potato skins golden brown. Mix the broccoli with the Alfredo sauce and fill the skins, top with shaved parmesan and chopped bacon. Bake at 375-400°F for 1-2minutes until the cheese has melted.
