Bacon Cheddar Mashed

Bacon/Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Serves 20-40

1 5-pound bag of PureBaked potato
1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onions, salt and pepper

1. Place 5-pound PureBaked Foodservice bag, pierced, in Microwave for 12 minutes and stir after 6 minutes or place boil in a bag into a pot of boiling water until they reach 160˚ F.
2. Now add cheese and milk and the potatoes into a large pot and Put them back on fire and cook them until all the cheese melts. Make sure you keep stirring so you don’t burn the potatoes.
3. When the cheese melts you can add the rest of ingredients – sour cream, bacon, green onions, salt and pepper.
